Link21 is a unique Bar Brasserie located in Herentals. The venue recently underwent a complete transformation, not only in terms of interior, but also in how they present themselves digitally.
With a fresh, contemporary look and a thoughtful online strategy, Link21 wanted to reconnect with a broader and younger audience without losing its familiar character.
A website that perfectly matches the link21 experience
With the extensive renovation of Bar Brasserie link21, a new website was of course essential – one that perfectly reflects the elegance and warmth of the renewed interior. We developed a renewed branding, with atmospheric photos bringing the unique link21 experience to life.
The website provides visitors with a clear overview of all facets of the Bar Brasserie and invites them to discover more about the refined cuisine, the cosy atmosphere and the diverse offering. Thanks to the integration with Resengo, reserving a table or purchasing a gift voucher is easy.
Customers can also easily order take-away via a convenient link and experience the flavours of link21 at home. To accommodate the business audience and make the meeting rooms accessible, the website is available in both Dutch and English.
From visibility to visible results
To increase the online visibility of link21, we started by setting up targeted Facebook campaigns. The first step focused on increasing awareness, while the second step aimed at converting that awareness into actual reservations.
With this approach we managed to reach 751,000 people. Since launching the conversion-focused campaign in April, we have also seen a strong increase in the number of monthly reservations.
In addition to the Meta campaigns, we gave the organic content on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn of link21 a fresh, new look. Through various photo and video shoots, we perfectly captured the unique atmosphere and experience of the restaurant.
Instagram Reels are growing in popularity, so we developed a specific strategy to use these short and catchy videos to tell the link21 brand story in an impactful way. With the refreshed content strategy, we saw a noticeable growth in engagement on our organic posts.
